Delete your Dishsage data

There is no account. The first time this app runs it asks the service for an anonymous install id, keeps that id on your phone and files every server record under it.
Delete it from the app
You can delete everything this app holds about this install at any time from Settings.
- Open Settings.
- Choose Delete my data.
- Confirm.
Removal takes effect immediately and covers every server record filed under your install id. Your phone then starts again with a new install id.
What is removed
- Health info — your medication class, how long you've been on it, appetite level, protein target, dietary restrictions, whether you asked for simpler options
- App activity — scans started and finished, results viewed, meals logged, cards shared
- App info and performance — crash reports, request timings, error codes, app version
- Device or other IDs — anonymous install id issued by the service on first launch
This app keeps a record of each scan — your profile at that moment, the result and timing — on its own servers for 90 days to run and improve the service. Menu photos are not kept.
What stays
Aggregate counts with nothing personal in them — how many scans happened on a day, how many succeeded — are kept beyond that window so that the shape of past months survives.
If the app is already gone
Without the app there is no install id left to find your records by, so nothing can be deleted by hand. Automatic cleanup deletes scan records, usage events and request logs once they are more than 90 days old. The anonymous install record is deleted only after more than 90 days of inactivity and when no scan records or usage events remain for it.
